Maybe I should consider having a May-December romance...

I sang this evening with some other members of the Opera Studio at the Washington Arts Club. The concert went well, and the dinner (and wine) after was delicious. However, I schmoozed with a ton of strange people, including a 42-year-old Civil Was historian (dressed as a Confederate soldier for Halloween) who tried to pick me up. It was very awkward.
