we all know that doesn't happen often...
so here's the deal: i got an iTunes gift certificate for my birfday. I can get 25 songs (one for each of my notorious years...), though I don't need to spend it all now. I'd like to hear what you guys think I should buy.
Winners will get a copy of the final CD. (So come up with some good stuff that you may not own.)

I recently discovered the group Pink Martini. Their music is kind of classic lounge-ish (a la Rock Hudson movies), but with a certain something else...Check out anything from the album "Hang On Little Tomato." (Do they organize songs by album on iTunes? Geez, I need an iPod.) For something more mellow, I love Keren Anne ("Nolita" is her most recent album). Ooh! and The Brazilian Girls are really cool. (I think I would go nuts if I had an iPod, come to think of it. Too many choices.)
