Tara needs help!

Okay, Opals, I am researching my future life-after-graduate-school, which is coming up at the end of this academic year. I would really like to move overseas, either for work or for a post-grad degree. Do any of you know how to go about doing that, short of Google-ing every university in the country? Parisian Carolyn, I'm looking at you. Any ideas anyone has would be welcomed, as I don't really know where to start. (And p.s., this doesn't have to be singing-related.) Thanks bunches!
